Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nzsalonsupplies@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are only issued for products that meet our return criteria as outlined in the returns policy. If the product is approved for a refund, the full amount (excluding any shipping costs) will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong product).
In the event that you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. If the issue persists, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at nzsalonsupplies@gmail.com.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at nzsalonsupplies@gmail.com or call us at +64 220 337 860. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, you may return the products once you receive them in accordance with our returns policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at nzsalonsupplies@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
