Delivery Methods

- Express Shipping: Typically takes 1-3 business days within New Zealand.
- Local Pickup: Orders can be picked up within 1 business day from our designated pickup location after you receive a confirmation email.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays with the courier service.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable.
Delivery Costs
Free Delivery we are providing so no any hidden cost available for that.
International Shipping
At this time, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping.
Missed Deliveries and Re-Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your parcel. It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier service if a re-delivery is needed.
